The principal activities of the Company are the manufacture and sales of radio controlled toys and that of its subsidiary company is set out in Note 7 to the financial statements.

The number of employees of the Group and the Company at the end of the financial period/year is 2,056 (2002: 1,670) and 2,056 (2002: 1,667) respectively.

The Company is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia and listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia (formerly known as Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange).
