Remarks :
1) Due to the change in financial year end from 31st December to 31st March during the financial period ended 31st March, 2004, the results of the preceding year's corresponding quarter in respect of individual quarter ended 31st December 2003 was the results of the fourth quarter of the previous financial period ended 31st March, 2004. No comparative figures were available for the corresponding cumulative quarter ended 31st December 2003.

2) A first and final tax exempt divided of 7.5 sen per share for the 15 months ended 31st March 2004 was paid during the 2nd quarter ended 30th September 2004.
